This green Jaguar Mk2 is a manual gearbox car with overdrive. It comes with a well-preserved buff continuation logbook, which reveals that it was first registered on 28th September 1967, finished in green, and its latest keeper took ownership in 1970. The car's green leather interior and green headlining remain nicely preserved, and it is supplied with its original toolkit. Comes with a new stainless steel exhaust system.
The car is accompanied by old-style MoT certificates, some technical information and printed materials relating to the 60th Anniversary Weekend Celebration in 1995 at Brown's Lane, in which it participated. Also present is the original handbook pack containing a service book which records 9 services up to 28,825 miles in 1978. Today the odometer is showing 55,560 miles. The car has not been MoT tested since DVLA records were digitised in 2005. Recommissioning will therefore be required, but this has the hallmarks of a rewarding project.
